Body-Based Anxiety Support
For people who want more

You Experience Anxiety & Depression...

And you are tired of living in the cycle.

      The heaviness.
      The emotional ups and downs.
      The shutdown.
      The feeling of being stuck.

You may be tired of trying to manage it.
Tired of trying to push through and still not feeling different.

This work is for people who experience anxiety and depression that want therapy that reaches deeper than insight alone. Because you cannot always think your way out of anxiety. And you cannot always push your way out of depression.

Sometimes healing needs to include the mind, body, nervous system, inner parts and spirit.

You May Be Here Because…

  • You feel anxious and depressed
  • You feel heavy, numb or unmotivated.
  • You feel anxiety in your shoulders, stomach, or breathing.
  • You feel depression as fatigue, emptiness & shutdown.
  • You feel want to feel your purpose again.
  • You have tried therapy and want something deeper.
  • You do not want medication to be your only path forward.
  • You want spirituality to be part of your growth (not religion)

Only Talking About the Issue
May Not Be Enough

Talk therapy can help you understand your experience.

But if anxiety & depression are also held in your body, nervous system, in protectives part of you, and in your trauma responses, then insight alone may not reach the whole pattern.

You can explain your experience, but you still feel it.
But it feels like you don’t know what to do next.

We work with anxiety & depression through the deeper systems so that therapy is not only about understanding the problem, but beginning to shift how the problem lives inside of you and works within you.

Depression & Anxiety Often Live in the Body

Anxiety can feel like your system is preparing for danger.
You may feel restless, overwhelmed, irritable, or unable to settle.

Depression can feel like your system has gone into collapse.
You may feel unmotivated numb, heavy, or unable to access purpose, or direction.

Sometimes anxiety and depression move in a cycle.

We don’t treat anxiety and depression as isolated symptoms. They are approached as patterns involving the mind, body, nervous system, inner parts, relationships, trauma history, and spiritual life.

Exploring Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression are often signals that something deeper in your system is asking for attention.

Anxiety may be trying to protect you from something that feels unsafe, uncertain, or overwhelming.
Depression may be trying to numb pain, or protect you from feeling something that has become too much to carry.

Instead of treating them as problems to fight or manage, we begin by asking what they are pointing toward:

  • What is your anxiety trying to protect you from?
  • What is your depression trying to numb or hold back?
  • What unresolved emotional trauma may still be active?
  • What part of you needs to be heard?
  • Where have you lost connection with your deeper self?

The goal is not just to reduce symptoms. The goal is to understand what these experiences are trying to show you.

  2. The second part helps clear stagnation from meridians within the brain, supporting clearer communication with the higher mind, and creating more clarity, understanding, and focus.

The treatment may be relevant when someone feels that a traumatic or overwhelming experience has disrupted the way their body, emotions, and mind communicate.

It may support beginning to reconnect with inner clarity, body awareness, emotional processing, and a greater sense of internal communication.

This treatment pairs especially well with psychotherapy, parts work and dietary shifts to assist the gut which assists the brains trauma response.

You Can Change What You Truly Own

Description
This Tool is not for the faint of heart.
If you are experiencing anxiety, or any emotions, the more you can come to a deep internal ownership of those emotions, the more you have the ability to be in charge of it and not have it in charge of you.
This tool does require setting aside the ego and taking deep responsibility without using blame, shame or self criticism.

Tool
State to Yourself
“I am responsible for these feelings, I own them, they are mine”
Feel and focus on owning the feelings.

If you come to a place where you feel you are owning the emotions, ask your self what do I need to do next? How can I work with these feelings that I own?

How This Helps
This does not necessarily stop the feelings but shifts how you interact them. Giving you power in own them and working with them.
This may not work for everyone, and that is ok.
If you are in a deep state of ownership it allows you to shift the intensity and experience of your emotions more easily.

Your emotions can own you or you can own your emotions.
